How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All electronic items come with a manufacturer’s warranty (usually 6–12 months).
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, unopened, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, Visa/MasterCard, and bank transfers.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
